McDowell

We went to McDowell yesterday I thought was fun even know I won’t get to go there because I am moving back to my old school in Three weeks. McDowell is big and is air conditioned but I think I will have fun at my old school but I will have to move away from my friends again. In McDowell we got to see how our classes would feel like and what we would be doing in the classes.

The teachers at McDowell are really nice and tell you what the classes will be like and how long the classes our which is fifty minutes. We would be in all the classes for fifty minutes and we would have lunch a little later than we do now but we can eat for forty to forty five minutes. You get to pick what you want to eat at McDowell and you don’t have to look at a menu to see what you are having to eat you get to choose what you eat.

McDowell would be fun for me but I’m moving back to my old school because my mom wants a bigger house and I didn’t want to move but at my old school there building a new junior high and it will be fun to go see all my old friends. I want to go to McDowell but I can’t because I have to move to a bigger house. I want to go to McDowell with all my friends but I am moving back to Bloom Carroll and I have to go there.

I want to go to McDowell but I wouldn’t be able to play football for Bloom Carroll and I really want to be back on my old team with all my friends because I think it would be fun. McDowell seems fun but I have to go back to my old school and I think it would be fun to see old friends that I haven’t seen in almost two years but I have seen some of them. I did play against some of my friends from my old school.

I saw my old math teacher at McDowell and I thought it was cool to see my old teachers and it was fun to see them and be in there class. The building was big and the people from the other schools were really nice and wanted to sit with new people. I sat with new people at lunch and had fun seeing new people and it was really fun and people liked hanging out with me.

D.A.R.E. Report

D.A.R.E. is about being drug free And to learn about how bad alcohol,tobacco,and other drugs. We are doing this to tell the dare officer what we have learned about dare.This Is what D.A.R.E. has taught me.

I remember when we did the beer goggles I thought it was hard to walk a straight line but I caught the ball but didn’t walk a straight line. I remember smoking Suzy, Mr. Diplip and the jar of tar it showed us what smoking and dipping does to to you if you do those things for awhile. When I grow up I want to be able to play sports and be good at them and if you smoke you can loose breath quicker when your running so it will slow you down.

We learned that you can’t buy alcohol unless your 21 and you can’t buy tobacco unless your 18 and Marijuana is illegal in the united states. This stuff can make you really sick if you use it and sometimes you might even die if you use a lot of this stuff. I learned that your true friends that tell you good choices and have your back and wont let you do stupid stuff that you will get in trouble.

D.A.R.E. means two things one Define Assess Respond Evaluate Another meaning for D.A.R.E. is Drug Abuse Resistance Education. I pledge to make my own choices and people around me unless they tell me a good choice and not a bad one that will get me in trouble. D.A.R.E. taught me that if you make good choices then you will have more friends around you that will actually like you and not to pretend to like you for what you have and they don’t have.

D.A.R.E is a good program I think every school should have D.A.R.E. we have D.A.R.E every Tuesday so we have to wear our dare shirts to school every Tuesday and we get extra recess if people in our class wear our shirts and if two people don’t we still get extra recess and if three don’t we don’t get extra recess. Our Dare officer is Deputy Thomas I think he is really cool he jokes around with everyone and he taught us a lot of stuff about drugs and other stuff like alcohol and Marijuana.

D.A.R.E. Is when you get to learn about stuff that makes you feel bad and messes up your brain and your head but you can’t do anything like walk a straight line or do anything that you have to think about. You can learn about stuff that you shouldn’t do and that messes you up when you play sports and you can’t catch anything that comes at you so your reflexes are messed up. You can’t think because it messes your brain cells so you can’t think about anything so you don’t know what to do and you think about what you do like anything bad.

You can have fun in dare when you do stuff like the beer goggles and you have to try to walk a Straight line but it’s hard and you have to catch a ball at the end when your done. I liked when we learned about smoking Suzy and Mr. Diplip and jar of tar it was fun to learn about. We did a lot of fun stuff in dare we have learned a lot about stuff like alcohol and tobacco products and Marijuana.

Cars I Like

I like Lamborghini’s and Bugatti’s because they our fast cars the fastest car is the Bugatti Veyron Super sport it is very fast and it is probably hard to drive because it is so fast. It looks really cool though it is a sports car and I think it would be cool to ride in one it would be fun and fast. It looks cool to and it looks better when it’s a convertible it is cool in all colors because it is the sweetest sports car ever.

My Success In Sixth Grade

What has made me successful is that I listen to what the teachers say and do my best in class. I try not to goof so I can get good grades and not get in trouble. I try to be successful by working my hardest in class so I don’t get in trouble by my parents because they want me to work hard.

I work hard because I want to play sports and you can’t play sports unless you have good grades you have to have good grades so you can play. I want to be able to play sports like football and basketball so I can be a part of different teams. I play football now but I want to play basketball to so I have to do good in school so I can play sports.

I like to do good in school so I can play sports but I have to get good grades to play sports so I do good in school so I can play sports. I do good in school because if I don’t I can’t do anything because I will get in trouble. I also do good because I don’t want to get in trouble so I can’t play sports.

Advice

I think you should practice spelling words that you don’t know and then you will know how to spell words you don’t know and I think you should take your time reading something. For the reading test you should read everything carefully and make sure you don’t mess up. On the math test you should underline the important information.

I think you should write neat on both tests so the graders can read what you put and struggle reading it. I am going to Show my work and show were I got my information on both tests. I am going to do the Appsalute best I can on both tests so I will a good grade for this school because i’m moving back to my old school and want this school to get best score they can possibly get.

This advice for the OAA.

Lamborghini

I want a Lamborghini when i’m older because I like Lamborghini’s because they are fast and they look really cool. I want a Lamborghini because the are nice but really expensive so you have to be rich to buy them. They look really cool but they are hard to drive because they are really fast. 

My Goals

My goals in life are to go to Ohio State and to play NFL football and play for the Bengals and have a Lamborghini

The Spiderwick Chronicles

Dear, Mr. McGuire,

My book is called the Spiderwick Chronicles The Seeing Stone it is by Tony Diterlizzi and Holly Black. The book is exciting because it shows them fighting goblins and other things it is really good and exciting. The author makes it exciting by showing pictures of what is happening and of where they are.

I think this book is exciting because it has a lot of action and fighting goblins there is some boring stuff but the author made it to where you don’t want to stop reading. He is a good writer because he knows how to show what happens in the book. This book is funny and exciting because he knows how to put funny stuff in the book with funny stuff.

This book is really good because it has funny stuff and stuff that makes you want to keep reading and not stop. This book is really cool because they have to use a seeing eye glass to see the goblins and other stuff they go up against. They fight all kinds of stuff that is small and other stuff that is really mean to people and the goblins have really sharp teeth they look like frogs and look different.

They put really good stuff in the book and they work to make you want to keep reading and they have fights with other things than goblins. The book is about a brother and sister trying to get their other brother back from the goblins because they took him when he was trying to look for his cat. The book is really good to because he shows how everything happens and they go against other enemies than goblins and they use fencing swords to fight their enemies.

They fight to get their brother back from the goblins and they our going to get their brother back and try to find their cat at the same time. They our good at getting away from goblins so they don’t have to fight them and can just run away so they don’t have to fight. They run to door of their house to get away from the goblins so they don’t have to fight and get away without getting hurt.

Liar Liar

The kid in my book his name is Kevin he is a Liar he lies about having a disease that gets him out of doing a project with a girl that is annoying this book is wrote by Gary Paulsen Liar Liar. He lies to people because he thinks he is good at lieing to people to get out of stuff because he does not want to do it.He is fourteen and has a car key to a car and he lies to his brother and says his sister has been shoplifting and he believes that his sister has been shoplifting.

Then he tells his sister that his brother thinks she is a selfish brat and she gets mad and goes pounding on her brothers door and starts cussing at him and he lies and tells his mom he does not know why their fighting. Then he lies and gets their car keys taken away and he gets to keep his and they get really mad and then his sister says she is telling their dad.

He is a good liar he lies about almost everything he lied to his mom when she said he was innocent and said he was but he was not innocent he was the one that started the whole fight.

Being Nice

Jim Jones came to our school Thursday and he taught us how to treat people nicely and how to treat people with kindness so we can treat people with respect. We got to have an assembly with Jim Jones so we could get taught kindness.

I liked the assembly because it was really fun and Jim Jones taught us about kindness and how to treat other people nicely. I like being nice to people because it results with other people being kind to you and they like talking to you and being around you. I think now everyone might be nice to other people so they get treated with kindness and with respect so people don’t think that you are a mean person.
